- Exploration of the concept of teams What is a team? What makes a successful team? How can differences be managed? How can pitfalls be avoided?
- A brief introduction to MBTI as a non-judgemental tool to understand personal preferences using interactive exercises to develop understanding.
- Identifying team strengths and gaps within the team using a team matrix to recognise and build upon the strengths of the team and how to utilise them fully.
- Putting it into practice using the teams new understanding to explore issues such as problem solving, decision making, conflict etc
