Increasingly, the successful senior secretary relies on their ability to secure the support and co-operation of others to achieve the results their manager expects. Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, this course explores the components of influence and persuasion, enabling participants to develop the skills and techniques to exert positive influence at all levels both within and outside their organisation.
